Wow it's good to be back at ION! I was one of the first adjunct faculty back in 2000 while I was working as a Harper College Student Development faculty member and becoming addicted to online course development, teaching and supporting online students. We relocated to the Baltimore area where I worked as a Distance Learning Counselor/Faculty and most recently as Interim Director of Online Learning. I am now back to doing what I love most - teaching and learning from others about the joys and challenges of online learning. In my spare time, I am working on a dissertation from Capella University from the Instructional Design for Online Learners program. Perhaps I should reorder my priorities:-). I have two Master's degrees - one in Counseling and Human Services from Roosevelt and the other in Education Technology Leadership from George Washington University.
I look forward to meeting each of you as together we continue this online learning adventure.
